Tomorrow is bootycamp and I am super xcited about it! But I am also starting to get a bit nervous.. Both my sister and I are xtremely competitive and I know that we will push ourselves to the limit! I decied to give the 4.6km run a skip tonight and will only being doing Zumba cardio to ensure that I am not 2 tired tomorrow.
Oats and peanut butter for breakfast should do the trick and keep my energy sustained for quite some time into the challenge.
