Week 2 day 3

Today is my 3rd day of the second week of my 5 weeks to 5km challenge and I am still going strong. I have realised that even if you swap the days on the program around to better suit you, you will be fine! as long as you get through the week's program.
This morning I did a 30 min cycle and I challenged myself my upping the resistance. I felt it in my upper legs as well as my glutes.

Hope that you are all still on track with your goals. If not, it is never to late to start. Get going. Get motivated.
